1990 GTA HELP PLEASE

My 2 injectors are running slow and one is completely dead this happened after I changed the spark plugs and was running great the day before do I need to replace them or did I connect something wrong please help

Did you ohm your injectors?

More than likely they need to be replaced, but just to verify you should ohm all of them

i have not but i will try it out and update the stats just seem weird that the day i changed the spark plugs the car was running fine and the next completely different
