TPI 305 running rich

TPI 305 running rich
I have a 91 Z28 with TPI 305 I have removed the smog pump and CAT now it seems to be running rich. Any suggestions? Also is there any other parts I can remove to increase HP?

Removing those parts has not increased your power at all unless your cat was plugged. Of course your car will stink more now.
