cam advice

1989 Camaro TPI motor, less restrictive exhaust than stock, intake maybe less restrictive, Adj FP regulator, newer injectors, coil etc. Torque Convertor is aftermarket but low stall. Behind it is a 700r4 thats been worked somewhat, goes out to a 3.73 rear end with slightly oversize tires so think of the rear end as more like 3.65. Overall weight of car should be around 3-3100 lbs with lowered springs, poly bushings, big anti roll bars front and rear. Chassis is pretty stout It runs 2k rpm at just over 60 now
looking for choices in a cam, thinking I'm gonna re do the timing Chain soon anyway. I mostly run in the 1-4000 rpm range 89% of the time so no sceamers, looking for a torquer cam and not a hp cam. Has to live with my MAF/TPI

I believe I have a roller in there now, so that helps, looking for area under the curve, something a bit better than the factory put in there 23 years ago

Suggestions and why?
