Temperature in intake manifold

I was wondering if anyone knew what the max temperature would be in the intake manifold where the injectors sit. Reason I ask is that I was cutting down the injector bosses on my Edelbrock Vortec intake (like Jim85iroc had done) and like Jim, on the first one I cut a little too deep, when I installed the injector I could see part of the o-ring seal, it may not have leaked but I figured why take that chance. So I put in a bit of Permetx Cold Weld and reshaped the space that I removed....

Cold Weld has a max temp rating of 300 F.... would the intake where the injector is inserted get to 300F? Somehow I am thinking it wouldn't, considering the injectors have soft rubber o-rings and I would imagine that would have to be less than 300F rating.... as well the coolant circulating through the intake at it's highest would be no more than 260F and that would mean the engine is completely overheated.

But who knows, maybe where it's right next to the head temps could get to that temp?
