Re: BBC camshaft selection
Street/strip or full race?
If it's street/strip then it will probably be fine. If it's race only, they have better flat tappet grinds. I ran the 11-613-5 cam for a few years in a 469 and got deep into the 10's but it was the limits of what a flat tappet cam can do. I had to go roller to get a better grind. My current roller cam has lift over .800
Chances are if you pumped all the similar cam grinds into DD2000, you won't see a huge difference in performance.

just building to take to the car show on the weekend, planning on renting track time with a few friends next summer they havent seen what ive been up too, instead of small block vette it will be bb camaro trying for low 11,s or high 10's if i can afford a better gear, what do you think it will run if i can get it to hook?29.5" tire what gear would be best if i switch from the 3.73?
