350 build help.... may be using L98 heads?

I've got a 3970010 block and a set of stock 91 L98 heads. I'd like to make 350 flywheel horsepower with this engine (flat tappet engine). What would be a good cam/intake set up with the heads I have to make that power, if possible. Its going in a 80 Trans Am with a th350, 2200 stall, and a 308 gear.

Don't think you will even make 300hp with those heads.
