Here are some pics...
Just started the car after about a month... But this has happened before..
Black oily like deposits shoot out of the exhaust ...

Is this a sign of a leaky exhaust manifold gasket or some other gasket thingy somewhere ?

It's most likely some condensation that is getting spit out.

 

Carbon deposits ....running rich

 

Its a lil rich, a lil condensation, a lil oil and maybe some small exhaust parts of exhaust rust.

 

Thats common......................

Its just carbon/exaust staining mixed with condensation inside your exaust pipes
esp. on a older car till its fully warmed up to operating temp. and burned off.

I see it on my old Z or GTO on initial cold starts.

Now if it does it after the car is hot and up to temp along with smoke I
would be concerned and investigate further.
