Gas mileage of 4 cylinder Iron Duke Firebird?

Gas mileage of 4 cylinder Iron Duke Firebird?
Just curious, but for those of you who've owned the 4 cylinder iron duke engines, what was the gas mileage you got out of it? Particularly stop-and-go city driving? Was it far better than the gas mileage on a V6 Firebird?

Car: 1988 firebird formula 350
Engine: L98
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 2.77
i had an s10 w/ 2.5 and 5spd and i could drive all week with $10 my current s10 4x4, 2.8, 5spd gets about the same as my l98.
