Please clear up which Vortec head cast is better

Alright so i wanted to have you guys clear something up for me.As some of you know,i pulled my motor for a rebuild after i was getting massive blow by. I want to put vortec heads on it. I finally found a guy selling me the 906 heads off a 96 suburban. Now every website i go to says something different. Sometimes its either:
1: Oh you want to avoid those heads, they have awful flow restriction.
Other people say
2: You cant beat those heads! When theyre ported theyre great! Dont even compare to the 062's!
Or this
3: You cant tell a difference in the two at all.

So can you guys please clear this up? Ive searched and i cant find much either. Just need your guys' opinion. If i were to get these heads for sure, id have them rebuilt and cleaned, and i would port them. Please let me know soon because i might get these heads Saturday. Thank you and god bless

Ditto. Just make sure you have them magnafluxed.

Last set I did got 243/186@.500 (before the valve job) on a stock sized valve took some doing though.
Ok for a little head
