(I assume the engine has the stock ZZ4 bottom end)


Need help picking

Camshaft

Will delete all smog control, AC, but would like to keep the heater

Would like to do this on limited budget.

 

This ones easy, depending on converter and gear and weight, 750dp or 750vc, performer rpm, comp 268, long tube headers.....done.

 

Weight will be close to stock minus smog, AC, and stock exhaust.

Will be running something close to a 4.10 and a 3000 stall non lock up setup. Or should I change something here? Goal is to get around mid 8.00's in the 1/8

 

Do you already have the heads? If so then I would home port them for better flow numbers, if I remember right around 210@.500 or something like that? If its me, I'm porting the hell out of the heads, running a 750dp on top of a performer rpm, I'm using a comp 12-677-4
