Hesitation/Knocking

Hey, guys, recently got a 1986 Camaro Z28 with the LB9. Runs pretty well most of the time, but on occasion, there's a lot of hesitation and knocking, and sometimes the hesitation is so bad the whole car actually pulses as I'm driving it down the street. The dealer had new spark plug wires put on it, but I put new plugs in it, too, once I got it home. I've run some fuel injector cleaners through it, and it seemed to help, but now it's back to what it was doing before. Any ideas/suggestions?

Start with the basics , set the timing with the engine warm and est disconnected. next check your fuel pressure and ohm your injectors while hot.
