camaro not starting

a few weeks ago i gave my car a quick tune up. plugs, wires, cap and rotor.
after installing went to start and didnt start but blew my pvc line up. sounded like a .22 haha. got that replaced and tried again. car ran rough. retimed car to 10 btdc, reconnected the plug thing, did the learn idle on car and car ran fine. good power, no stalls, no weird idle problems anymore, but as time went on the car become harder and harder to start, would crank but no fire, would have to keep cranking then it would finally fire but be choppy and i would just ahve to give it gas for a couple seconds and it would smooth out and run just fine. yesterday almost killed the battery trying to get it to start up again, but finally got it to start to drive it home. and this morning same issue, but couldnt get it to start at all anymore? and i noticed yesterday when it did start a quick puff or cloud of white smoke out of the exhaust. any ideas?

Sounds like a fuel pump / fuel filter problem. Pull your filter and tell me what comes out. Or if you can check fuel pressure first. Its a small valve behind the intake manifold infront of the distributor

Well. Its kind of important to know its good. I've seen cars run with 17psi they run like s**t but they run. What low fuel pressure due to bad fuel pump will cause is hard to start cold and stalling / loss of power
