Transmission: auto
Axle/Gears: 3.23
need help with fuel pump
Im replacing my fuel pump on my 1991 trans am and my question is do i have to drop the tank or is there a panel thats under my hatch carpet that i can use so i dont have to drop the tank. i know some cars do but dont know bout my trans am

The factory never built an access door. If you want one your going to have to do a little research and start cutting. This topic has been debated to death. I forget the link I used but it was from a turbo trans am. The measurements they provided were perfect. Good luck!
