Ignition lock cylinder replacement question.
Alright, my key wont turn to acc or anything, im replacing the lock cylinder, but i ran into a problem. How do I get the plastic circular thing off? its right there as soon as the steering wheel is of, i can turn it woth a tap of a screwdriver, but i'm not going to try anymore I dont want to break anything.
So what are the steps after the steering wheel removal to get to the lock cylinder???
