Need info on where to cut access for fuel pump

I'm an old timer here...8Mike9 (...but account no workey...anymore)...not concerned with debates, just want to see who may have a template, or measurements for a good cut to access my fuel pump...

'89 Iroc.

Help an old man out

Can't seem to get the search to lend me a clue...
