Fuel Line Replacement

Hi Guys

I have a 92 RS Camaro V8 TBI. I'm working on replacing all rusted fuel lines (driver side lines). I was able to find all replacement lines at Fine Lines, except a portion of the main fuel line which runs from the fuel filter back to tank. The line is a combination of steel line & high pressure hose with one screw fitting that connects to sender unit line at tank. Fine Line informed me that GM discontinued this piece of the main fuel line, and they could not offer a replacement line.

Does anyone know where I can find this part of the main fuel line. A local GM dealer informed me that the discontinued original part number is 10038113 but they indicated that it appeared to be only the steel part of the line. This is different from the line I took off my car since my fuel line was a combination of steel and rubber hose with only (1) high pressure connection with oring that screwed onto the sender unit line

Can anyone help me find a replacement fuel line ?

Thanks

Re: Fuel Line Replacement

After searching the net and local auto part stores, I finally found a replacement line. Napa fuel hose repair unit 3/8" part #730-5016 which contains hose and steel line. I then added Napa fuel line repair kit 3/8" part# 730-4929 that contains steel line with compression fitting to connect both lines Total cost $42. My local Napa store did not have the first part number in their computer, but luckily the Napa rep found it behind other lines.

Hope this helps others !
