Mystery Gaskets

Got a complete Fel Pro gasket set for TPI engine.

Got a couple seals that are unknown, see pic. Water pump gasket and rear main seal at the top are for size comparisons.

Those gaskets are for a water pump, and a oil cooler adapter .

Which is which?

Big O rings for water pump, and circle gaskets for a cooler?

Re: Mystery Gaskets

the 2 rubber gaskets are for the 2 diff style oil coolers to block and the 2 bottom paper gaskets are for the 2 diffferent oil cooler adapters that bolt to the block.

Re: Mystery Gaskets

In a "kit" you wont always use all the gaskets. They give you extras to cover some options thru the years

Re: Mystery Gaskets

Yeah, I've done a few sbc's but never one with the factory cooler, so these kinda suprised me.

I don't have the cooler with this engine so I did not have the part to compare too.
