No
The most likely cam to be in the 307 is the 929; .390"/410", about 194°/204°. (exact duration varied by a coupla degrees over the decades of its use)
The cam that came in the LG4 had the same specs as the 155, at the bottom of this page. https://www.thirdgen.org/mods3
They both suck... which smells "better", monkey plop or dog plop?

Re: 305 cam in 307?
well since ill already have the 307 out and the 305 cam is out of the picture now, i guess il start lookin into buying a cheap summit cam/lifter kit, i guess my new question is what kind of lift/ duration can i use o the stock 307 heads? this motor will probaly be in the car less then 20k miles what parts can i reuse? should i get all oe style springs valves pushrods if i do have to replace these parts?, my goal is to have this motor just a little spicier and back in the car for around 400-500$, is this all doable? thanks for your help and patients!
Re: 305 cam in 307?
another thought is could i use 1.6 roller rockers with the stock cam? im just wondering if this would even be worth doing if it was going to be my only change to the engine? looking for my best bang for the buck

307 heads are the same low-compression garbage as any other early smogger heads.
I would recommend against 1.6 rockers, as this will almost certainly require machining out the push rod holes in the heads. This is EXTREMELY LOW bang for the buck in this situation; about as close to ZERO as you can get. Use good quality rockers though, instead of the stock stamped sheet rubber; but stick with 1.5.
Yes upgrading the cam can help, if chosen wisely. (mostly, not getting greedy)
It is EXTREMELY easy to over-cam a motor like that. Even the mildest "performance" cams will result in a soggy bottom end, due to the EXTREMELY low compression.
About as far as you want to go, is the Summit 1102 kit with lifters. (the legendary "RV cam" you may have heard tell of) Replace the springs at the same time: even the cheeeeeeeeep "Z28" springs would be adequate.
Don't bother with valves and push rods unless they're defective in some way.
