383 Super Ram engine having problems starting. When you crank the key to the START position it will absolutely not start. If you just bump the key (like if you're setting the timing) it will start anywhere from the third to eighth "bump". Injectors have pulse when you bump it, but don't or very weak in the START key position. Once the car starts, it's fine. Turn it off, same problem everytime. Need help because I'm having trouble figuring this out. Thanks
