Looks something like an SB 2.2 engine and the blocks in both pictures are completely different. This isn't your typical SBC. Those heads alone are probably worth more than some peoples cars. To keep the same bore spacing to be considered a SBC, the stroke to get that much displacement would be very long making the block a very tall deck.
You could build a couple of 600 CID BBC engines for the cost of that engine and they would be more durable.
