Power steering pump still screeches.....?

Transmission: 5-Speed
Axle/Gears: Lazy 2 check
Power steering pump still screeches.....?
So my old pump had gone bad it was leaking a lot and made very loud screeches when turning now that I installed a new pump with the housing, it doesn leak but still screeches not as much but still does...Anyone know what might cause this or did I just happen to pick up a defective one from Autozone..??

A little more detail required.
Screeches when? All the time? When turning? At the turn lock?
Did you replace the belt when you replaced the pump?
Are you sure you have the belt tight enough?
Are all the mount/adjustment bolts installed and tight?
