Alright guys so here is my problem. I have a 91 rs 305 Tbi and I am having starting problems. When the ignition is turned there is no power to the fuse box or dash. At first I figured it was the VATS but the security light doesn't come on at all and the vats has been bypassed via a wired in resistor. Other than that basically I have no power. Fuel pump doesn't prime the engine doesn't turn over nothing no headlights or taillights. Any suggestions?

 

And to further elaborate it has done this before and after a few days it just started like nothing ever happened.
