error code 33, 42 and 43

Alright so my car has a history of running poorly and I thought I had fixed it with the last set of upgrades/replacements. After about 5 weeks the problem came back and I have a new set of error codes and the car wont start. Prior to the car dying, it was idling very poorly, the tach showed about 1000 rpm but I could physically hear the engine dying and the car fighting to come back over and over again. Under throttle I had almost no power and the power would drop as the rpm's rose. Finally it died and for a while I couldn't get the starter to crank at all. I let it sit for about a half hour and the starter would click, but it sounds like its hitting something metal and there is no ignition, and I can hear the fuel pump turn on when the key is turned. I've had error code 33 for a while and I'm not sure how to fix it, codes 42, 43 and 44 are new and i'm not sure where to begin to look. I just put in a new exhaust but I checked all the wires around the headers and everything is fine, I don't see any problems with the battery, starter, or distributor/spark plug wires. Anyone else ever experienced anything like this or have any idea what it could be?

Thanks
