Long crank to start

Long crank to start
Okay I have been looking around different froum my 92 camaro z28 5.0 tpi take about three cranks to start in the morning or when it's been sitting for a while.Once I've driven around for a while and stop then go back to started it has a little but of hesitation but start on the first turn of the key.The fuel pump o ring was just replace the gas cap ,fuel pump relay,the fuel filter was replace least then 200 mile the spark plug least then 100 mile.Any help please
