engine identification and input

Ok I'm new to the Camaro scene so don't go flaming me an all ok. So I'm in the process of getting a 85 v6 auto Camaro an the engine doesn't look like it belongs in this Camaro an just from the look of the engine what do u think would i have to replace any of the parts

Looks like a factory installed 2.8L V6 to me. Looks to be complete too (but it looks like something is unplugged just right of the heater box)

It could use a bath too.
