Tge fuel pump relay is good. The fuel pump primes when I turn the key. 12.75 volts @the relay. Oh and also it starts quick as a rabbit under 32 degrees?!?? Help

Need to check the actual fuel pressure with a gauge.
The pump may be doing the prime OK but if the one way valve or fuel regulator are leaking then the pressure will drop straight away
as soon as the prime stops
Will not have any pressure holding in the rails to squirt fuel through the injectors when cranking over until the pump runs again.
Quick check is to bypass / hotwire the pump relay so the pump runs fulltime to hold the rail pressure and see if if starts faster.
If it doesn't then you know the fuel delivery / pump is not causing your problem
Don't forget to put the relay back to stock after testing
