best sounding cutout and exhuast?
I am cleaning up a 1992 Camaro fir my senior project what exhaust and cutout to get the best sound.
A few examples of what i want it to sound like
whith cutout closed
without the bogging of course lol
with cutout this is basically exactly what i want

all cutouts will sound the same the only difference is where you decide to put it in (before or affer cat, assuming you have them). you will never get your stock car to sound like that vette, you must cam it. otherwise i like borla the best for mufflers, but the video you posted sounds like flowmasters

I'm running shorties to a 2.5" to a DMH electronic cut out in place of cat, with a 2.5" intermediate to a single in/dual out magnaflow muffler. Sounds great, moderate loudness when cruising. If I get on it, the magna wakes up in the higher rpm's...but if I get pissed off the cut out really makes it feel like a completely different animal. Headers are a must..
