Roller lifter quality

With the other roller lifter thread raging on about converting a non roller block to roller I thought I would ask here for opinions on a set of link bar roller lifters on ebay right now.

Has anyone run these or would know if they are well enough built to run in street engine?

I heard at one point most all camshaft lifters were made by only a couple companies. Could these be the same as name brand lifters?

Re: Roller lifter quality

They're a non OEM style roller lifter so a more aggressive cam can be used but they're not a high end Morel style lifter.

For a street engine, they'll probably do just fine.

My BBC uses Crower HIPO lifters which are a Morel lifter with a high pressure oiling system for the roller and a similar style of link bar.

Link bar lifters are the easiest type for non roller blocks and I'd prefer the vertical link bars over horizontal.
