I am in the middle of installing new fuel lines on my car and currently ran into a problem. I need to change the rubber part of the line that is between the tank and the fuel filter. Nobody seems to make these for our cars. I found this section of line on summit racing. Would this work to put in its place? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/nex-14012/overview/
If so would I have to change over the fittings on my new lines to an fittings?

Yes, if it's long enough, with siganaw fuel line connectors, or-6 AN adapters like these.

Yes if the hose has a female 6-AN connector.
Have you searched for less expensive connectors, they don't have be made from aluminum.
