Corvette L98 and trans - fit F-body?

Engine: 355ci SBC
Transmission: TH700R4 - 2500 stall
Axle/Gears: 3.70 9 bolt
Corvette L98 and trans - fit F-body?
I found a low mile 90 model L98 Corvette motor with trans for a deal locally. So I was thinking about picking it up for my other IROC. My question is... will the trans work in a camaro? Does the tail shaft have the torq arm mounting location?
As far as the engine I would use the f-body accessories, wiring and computer. And the oil pan would have to be changed, which I have the camaro pan so thats not a big deal. I'm just not sure about the transmission... If it would work, as factory, then I may jump on this pull out.
Delete this thread... I found the answer after searching for a while. The trans won't work, engine will though. So I'm going to see if I can get the two seperated and at a better price.

No corvettes had a C beam so you will have to swap the tail
