1988 Firebird 2.8 start trouble

Having issues with resolving the starting problem on my firebird. Any input would be greatful. I have adjusted the tps, changed wires ect. Here is a short vid of the start

not sure. car sat for 10 years before a used dealership bought it at an estate auction it quit at 124k along with the trip. I'm going to assume it close to that because other that this problem it runs like a beast.

Check the fuel pressure & bleed down rate.

ok so i was looking at the fpr lines and this is what i saw. I'm sure these 2 vac lines (on the left) led somewhere. Anyone know where? Could this be my problem? Do they run to the canister?

That goes to the egr solenoid, look at the vacuum diagram . Start with what I said.

I never did get back to this thread but i never had to do the bleed down test. It was a clogged fuel filter. Starts normal now!
