my buddy Q has a 91 rs with a 305 tbi and its leaking at the front of the engine. im thinking its just the oil pan gasket gone bad but someonr told him it could be the foward mail seal causing it to leak. definatly need help on this one.

So you need to clean the front ( timing cover ) of the engine and identify exactly where the oil leak is coming from.
Could be either ( or both ) places

Or maybe even, neither



Needs a short bolt in this hole w a drop of sealer on the threads
