Replacing charcoal in canister

Found this on another website and thought I'd share it with TGO:
http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/...d.php?t=390605

Should be able to do this on thirdgens. I did this to my Ford but plan on doing this to my other 3 Pontiacs. The charcoal ran about $15 for the 45oz size at Petco and it used about half that. 5 min epoxy at walmart runs about $5.

It absorbs fuel vapors coming from the tank and stores them until the engine pull them in and burns them instead of releasing them to the atmosphere.
