what is this seal? (inside ac box, diagram shown)
I am putting ac back on my car and the firewall box original to my car is long gone, I'm using parts from a parts car. I don't remember seeing this seal (#93 in the diagram), and don't know what its for or the part number for it. Any info would be great.

it seals the evaporator to the box [separates the hot and cold side], and seals the front "slot" in the A/C box that the hoses from the evaporator goes through.
You should be able to use any closed cell insulation foam that is suitable for underhood temps if you cant find the part
