NoS jetting chart?

guys i have always used old jet chart for the big shot nos plate, were the fuel jet is bigger than the nitrous jet. well i got my new big shot plate kit and the chart has changed saying use 82 on nos side and 76 on fuel. nos guy is telling me to use 19 degrees of timing on 225 shot, run 38 degrees with out nos. now this is 385 small block chevy stroker.

what i want to know, is it ok to still use old chart and put bigger jet on fuel side? is switching the jets around really making any difference and if so how? thanks for any help
