1990 iroc won't crank or start while cold

Hey guys my iroc hasn't been starting or cranking or starting in the morning when it's cold I have a brand new starter in it and the battery is good and charged I checked however one bit of information recently I bought and installed a VATS bypass module for it and it worked we hooked it up right and all however it seems the car won't crank when cold do u guys have any clue wtf is going on cause I'm at my wits end

Have you tried replacing the battery cables and cleaning all of your grounds? I've had problems with SBC's not wanting to start when hot, but not when they're cold.

Yes I cleaned all if the battery connections and even put in another battery one that we fully charged just to be safe still nothing

Does it crank?

Do you have power inside the car currently?

No it doesn't do anything and yes I have power in the cab

Then your fusable links are good. Should be a loose connection as already mentioned. Double check bat cables and that all starter wires are tight and on the correct terminal.
