Skip White 65k Distributor/cap

Will the Skip White 65k HEI distributor/cap fit or will it hit the firewall? It has the larger, round, flat coil top and it looks bigger than the regular HEI cap.

You're going to be real mad at yourself if you buy and install that POS. Skip sells OK stuff collectively but that's definitely not one of them.

Re: Skip White 65k Distributor/cap

It will clear the firewall. Earlier 3rd gens used large cap HEIs, so the firewall was designed to clear them.

Skip White stuff is a bit hit-or-miss. Sometimes they work great, sometimes not. They crank out a lot of them so they rely on a good warranty/return policy to fix any problems, not so much on up-front QC.
