Moroso Oil Control Kit (Scraper, Tray and Baffle)?

Has anyone tried running this kit before?

Looks like an inexpensive option to have a decent oil control setup. The only thing that concerns me is the way the crankshaft scraper mounts between the block and pan. Even only slightly offset on one side, sounds like it could impose possible clearance issues with the pickup screen being uneven with the bottom of the pan as well as open up the potential for pan gasket leaks. If I used the thick blue felpro gasket, would it compress down and conform enough on that one side to even matter?

FWIW, the motor we're talking about is a 3.75" stroke 305 (Yes you read that correctly) with ARP main studs and windage tray stand-offs.
