Emissions Sticker Please

Emissions Sticker Please

I’m in desperate need of a 1989,5.0,TBI, Automatic Transmission, California Emissions Sticker showing the base timing.
The Federal sticker is all I’ve found so I’m going to ask members that have the same car to send a detailed photo of there’s. You must be able to read it clearly.
Thank You,
Ron

Re: Emissions Sticker Please

I apologize about starting a new thread with another similar but its time sensitive.
They are "0" degrees that's why I cant understand the SMOG shops here are all looking at the same information and coming up with 6*BTDC for my car. I know the Emissions sticker says "0" because I've looked at several on the internet. I still cant find the reproduction sticker that fits mine exactly though. The reason I need the reproduction is because it will suffice . I only asked for a photo so I have an exact image to compare the reproduction to.

Re: Emissions Sticker Please

Sorry, the closest I can find is a 1990 Federal emissions VECI. It shows 0° base timing.

Most TPI engines used 6° BTDC as a base timing setting, not TBIs.

Re: Emissions Sticker Please

This is a 1990 California L03 VECI label. I would find it unfathomable that a 1989 would be different than either the 1988 or 1990.

Re: Emissions Sticker Please

Even though the specs might be the same year-to-year, depending on the tech that's doing the inspection, this is could be a problem:
