What's this?
I'm sorry is this is a dumb question, But what is this that's broken? And does it just screw out to replace? It didn't just break, So it's been broken for a long time and I didn't know. I just can see it now because I took the starter out. That's the number 8 spark plug in the picture. Thank you.

Oh okay I got ya. It hasn't affected the car ever sense I've owned it because the fan is wired to a toggle switch. Thank you Twin_Turbo.

Re: What's this?
now you know why the fan is wired incorrectly. i would fix that pronto

Fix it RIGHT, and un-hack the hack job. Get rid of all the "manual" crap and put it back like it's supposed to be. You'll enjoy the car AHELLUVALOT more if your BIL or GF or whoever can drive it ... let alone YOURSELF .... without having to take a crash course in when to flip what switch whenever whatever happens and your car goes up in flames if they (you) don't.
