Vacuum advance for big cams

The stock vac advance on my distributor was hitting max advance at about 13"hg and I generally pull about 11". I wanted a rock solid advance at idle so after some searching I found AIRTEX is re manufacturing the B28 advances from the old corvette FI motors. It starts 3-5" and finishes about 8" the PN is AIRTEX 4V1053 and has B28 written on it. My Test showed full advance at 7".

So just a heads up for anyone with a bigger cam.

i have a Crane adjustable vacuum can on my car... it uses an included allen wrench to adjust the vacuum level that it starts at, and a bolt on limiter with different steps to control how much..
