Fuel pressure questions 92' 5.0 TPI

Car: 1992 Z28 Targa Top. Full air ride
Engine: 305 5.0 tpi v8
Transmission: A4
Axle/Gears: 3.73 gears posi
Fuel pressure questions 92' 5.0 TPI
I hate having to make a thread for this but hopfuly it's an easy question.
The car has a very slight stumble at high RPMs and I think my pump may be going out based on the pressure readings.
At the rail -
Key to on - pump primes to 39psi
At idle - roughly 32-34psi
With the FPR disconnected - 42psi
Based on what I've read these all seem to be low readings... correct?

Axle/Gears: 3.08 posi, 3.23 posi, 3.23
That's the low side of normal but I wouldn't flag it as a problem.
