I am accelerating. Now that i adjusted the tps iac and it idles 50 times better. The problem i have now is it doesnt hold speed limit under 50mph. The worse is 25mph. No matter what gear i put it in it studders so bad you will get whiplash any ideas as to what can cause this? If your on the freeway no problems but through town you have to ride the clutch it will jerk the s*** out of you. Im stumped.

sounds like the TPS is having a miss-communication with the ECM. might look into that.

I checked it with multimeter i didnt seem to have a problem when iincreased the throttle. Climbed up smooth to wot didnt see any hickup or drop off could it be the wiring.

It definitely could be the wiring. My TPS has a plug that doesn't have the locking latch anymore(new one on the way). There is enough wiggle in the plug that the TPS isn't communicating well with the ECM.
