New 85 iroc.

Hey guys I am from Canada and I am looking at buying an 85 iroc z28 with the 305 OHV 16V in good condition, I am curious as to what people think a good value would be. Thnx.

Engine: Hot cammed 305

Transmission: Borg Warner T5

I paid $3000 Canadian dollars
for my 86 iroc z28 with 305 that barley ran (had like no compression) and a 5-speed manual that grinded gears and slipped.
My car is and was absolutly rustless though. Other then normal wear and tear from a good use since 86 it is in great condition.
