Lifter Tick?

I posted a video on YouTube so you guys can hear.

The guy I bought it from said its a 350 swap and I found out later it's from a 1999 GMC Sierra. Are these lifters bad? Is it the lifters? Is it okay to drive it still? Please let me know.

sounds like either the rockers are out of adjustment or badly blow exhaust manifold gaskets.

If its not just an exhaust manifold gasket, and it may very well be..Id be planning a rebuild..
