What are these random things?

Found these 2 electrical things last night. They are draped over the a/c compressor. I'm sure I'll feel like an idiot when I hear the answer, but I have no clue what these are.

Also - in the other picture of the canister(?) there looks to be a vaccuum line that's not plugged up to anything. Does this look normal or should there be something plugged into it?

Looks like remains of the AIR reactor valve; specifically the solenoids from it.

Probably extracted from the valve and left hooked up so the ECM doesn't see them absent and set a code for that, after the whole AIR system was removed during the header install.

Re: What are these random things?

You can unplug the electrical connectors to the solenoids and remove them. The ECM won't set a code in our cars from the lack of an AIR solenoid.

The open vent on the canister is proper. Sometimes GM used a line on it to a T, then a hose going up and a hose going down off the T. This was tucked into the fender opening.

Rub the dirt off the top of the canister under the open vent. Molded into the top will be either the word "VENT" or "AIR", I can't recall which.
