1990 RS Camaro wont start.
okay it has spark and fuel but it will not start. it cranks over just fine. it just died out and would not restart. i am thinking ignition control module?

Can you be precise about exactly what tests and checks you've done? You said it has spark, so if that's true even under failure conditions then it wouldn't be the ICM.
Is this a stock RS? Is it a 3.1L or a 305?

stock 3.1 V6 Rs. nothing done to it, well it had spark it made attemp to start. now it just cranks. i pulled the cap off the rotor turns over....... tried to start again i pulled the oil fill cap i do not see the lifter spring going up and down. its getting fuel

Try some starter fluid and let us know if it attempted to start.
