Questions on fuel sending unit
I am going to try this again since know body answer the first time in this pic is this just a vent on the fuel sending unit

That is the line that leads to the EVAP canister.
The pressure relief line ( AKA) VENT ) is the short stubby port to the right of your finger in your pic. I'm guessing that you cut the end off all the lines or you would have noticed the pressure relief valve ??

This is the new fuel sending unit can I just leave it like it is and pit it in the car sense it is a vent for the canister

I don't have a positive YES/NO to offer you so maybe someone that has installed this aftermarket sending unit can help.
I'd at least check the EVAP line on the original sending unit to see if the port has a 1-way valve on it. If the original has a 1-way valve,.. it might only open at a certain pressure.
