Never heard of it.
However, it is perilously close to 14014416, which is the casting for alot of 305s in the early-mid 80s, including the LG4, L69, and 85-86 LB9. They are about as good as any 305 heads are, which isn't saying a whole lot. They come with 1.84"/1.5" valves.
No doubt these are the heads off your 84 T/A.

Yes they are 58cc heads. No the chambers in LG4 heads were not 60 something, they were equipped with 416s also, at 58cc. There is no difference whatsoever between LG4, L69, and 85-86 LB9 heads. Castings, valve sizes, and everything else is identical in every way.
