86 tpi starting issue

Hey guys my moms 86 305 tpi TA is acting up in the morning. Sometimes starts fine, other times needs to try a few times and when it does she has to use gas and brake to keep it going. Warms up a little seems ok. Then usually fine the rest of the day. Shes 2 1/2 hours away and taking parts this weekend and scanner. All new injectors and tune up parts last year and ran great. Don't know about codes. Thinking original temp sensor? 150,000 miles. Possibly fuel issue maybe mass or related relays???? sound familiar?? Any ideas appreciated before I go. Mom has the twin to my 88, 69 years old and still her daily summer driver here in Michigan. Thanks

It might be a good idea to clean the TB, check for throttle shaft wear, remove and clean the IAC, and check minimum air position and TPS voltage.

Sounds like temp sensor to me, the one on the intake.
